Nice cars! I'm familiar with both of them. THe Cougar looks great. Have you had it dynoed with the SVT UIM and LIM?


As for the MGA, there is a site that deals with an MGA bottom end swap. I am not sure if yours is a twin-cam. If it is, the only way to keep the stock appearance and get more output is by adding the greater displacement of an MGB 3 main bottom end. with some minimal head work, the MGA head will fit on the MGB block. I am not sure if it is the same case with the MGB 5 main engine. Then you can rebuild the MGB blcok to about 1900cc. With single cams you'd be looking around 90 crank HP. With twin-cams, probably closer to 110 or 115. But I am speculating.
