300billion is a drop in the bucket... US GDP is in the neighborhood of 10trillion... I guarantee you part of that 300billion is going towards beefind up national defense at home and overseas... as for cutting taxes for the rich, well doh, they are the ones that pay basically all of the taxes... reaganomics with the trickle-down theory does work.
