Heh. Yeah Ohio still sucks. Just not as bad as VA now.
 Ohio is 50% tint all around. Last I checked anyhow. Yeah I've heard of the lowering law. CA has it too. This is what a CA Trooper explained to me. They say that if your car is too low and you happen to get a flat tire or something, it can become an out of control "sled". I can see that on some cars that are scraping flat pavement, but I think some take it to the extreme.
