my workout routine and diet change so much. i eat alot of pasta, some meat, pizza, soup, cookies, peanut butter and ritz crackers(my new fav snack) and hamburgers, well thats at least mainly what i eat.
as far as my workout routine, i do about 70-75% of my max 3 sets of 10. i work alost of muscles.. my gym has alot of equipment, so whatever i have to do, i probobly have. i do chest abs shoulders and tri's one day, then legs bi's and abs the next, if im not going daily (2 times a week) i do 2 full workouts
