it's a file from C:\ (look carefully at the bottom) hence.. this was made / printed / folded to look real / scanned / showed off !!
And no bill or info that important goes through Email !! oh and from a legal point of view, the word outstanding cant be in this type of letter.. Since it would leave room for you to sue them. Hoax...
