Please. for the love of god, stop writing songs about California. I know you're from California and all...but it's wearing thin. Ok...to be fair, it wore thin years ago. First there was "Under The Bridge" which heavily referenced L.A., and then Californication, and now there's Dani California. What he fuck? Seriously? You'd have to really sit around and think of ways to fit "California" into all of those song. Just stop. You haven't written a cool song since "Fight Like A Brave"...I don't care what anyone says. Knock it off, you one note hacks.

The great thing is, now that the seed has been planted, you know the second the band hits the stage that thought will pop into your head. I can see it now...standing in a crowd full of people, fist in the air screaming "damn you Derek!".
