when i drive my car then come to a complete stop i put it in reverse it jerks backwards and makes a big THUD nosie can anyone help had my links checked today

its an auto matic, if it was a stick it wouldnt be happen i am a EXCATLY manual driver

it is one of your engine mounts, the front-center one. actually the rubber inside a bushing it's torn and somethimes that turns and causes engine to move in the engine bay. to replace the whole mount it's like 65 for my accord. yours shopuld be the same too
