this summer we didn't go over 90 degrees, and hopefully it won't go over from now on too.

Hot and wet, that's nice if you're a lady, but it aint no good if you're in the jungle!

Mid 90's with heat indeces in the 100's.....give it another month and we'll be in the 100's.

Is that 129 the temp, or the heat index? Either way, that's damn hot....

It's been in the 80s and 90s here. After the winter we had, I'm lovin' it! I'll take heat over cold any day!

Temp today is 95, humidity is 65%. Not nearly as it was the other day at 94 humidity 90%. Talk about going outside to get the mail and getting drenched in sweat...

Heat over the cold huh? Heh, that's what I woulda said a few weeks ago.. =) And 129.2 that is pure temp.. no heat index.. 52 degrees cels. And the heat index would be... yea, it doesn't matter.

no, it just means the air is 100% saturated with water. Basically you can sweat but you won't cool off because your sweat can't evaporate into the air because it's already fully saturated

I worked in a resturant in boston for the last 2 summers (right next to fenway park)...

It was 120+ EVERYDAY in the kitchen... from april till september... it SUCKED...

I feel for you...

qatar is kinda desert heat though right?

I can take just about any heat buy I prefer dry heat. Humidity kills me.

I dont know what the temp was here, but it surely was hot. i prefer cold whether myself than warm weather. I cant stand feeling "sticky" all day. Heat also makes me irritated quicker than normal....

Yes it's a desert, but it's also a small penninsula, so it's very humid too.. right on the ocean

usually 110-115 here, but remnants of Hurricane Claudette have cooled things off for the last couple of days.
