how do you not be bored?

ok, im so fricken bored this summer. the malls gotten boring, cause i dont spend money there, the beach has no waves and its not fun anymore. its 95 degrees out untill it rains, what do you guys do for fun?

dude i'm in the same boat as you. it's all getting boring. next week should be exciting when i'll start working on my car, but other than that same old routine: home->work->home->......

i take summer classes but they PE though so it really fun, i spent most of my time at school (not studying) anywayz but jz meeting new people, hey beat staying at home. I wasnt planning on going to school but it was bored as heck the first few days at home after summer so went to add some classes jz to get out of the house.

well, my friend wants to do some custom work on his car, im gonna change my axles, i have to help someone fit a bumper on their car, and install a header on a civic. so i got at least 2 weeks taken care of now. and im being trained to bar tend on tuesday at work. so im starting to have stuff to do i guess

the summer is the only time in the year, when I can have a couple days to myself.. But still, there is always something waiting to be done..

Umm, how do people not be bored?? We do stuff, last weekend I went to Fun Ford Weekend with a bunch of friends. Had a BIG ASS hotel party and had a great time. Sunday, after getting home from FFW I took shower and drank a lot. Monday, I drank all day with friends then went to pool hall. After being there for a couple hours we went to a girls house I met there and got damn drunk. Tuesday, went to a friends fathers retirement party and god damn drunk. Today I slept most of day then went to dinner with the girl I met at pool hall. (shes damn cool, we have a TON in common.) Anyways, it helps to be easily amused. A friend and I laughed at a fly (we call them brundle flys, cuz of "The Fly") that hit my windshield for hours. (its dead carcuss was on the windshield and wouldnt remove itself). It was damn funny. Take up drinking man, drinking, girls and music. What more could you ask for???

drinking isn't exactly a good think to take up. On an occasionaly basis it's good, but everyday, just to get drunk, it's stupid IMHO!

i drive around too much to drink all day, but geting waisted and going fishing is pretty fun

Drinking isnt healthy?? It's liquid bread, its good for you. Beer might make some look like a total ass but not me. It takes a lot to get me that drunk where I will act like a total ass. I usually know when to quit. Last weekend at the Fun Ford thing myself and 2 friends kill bottle of cap morgan, bottle of jack daniels, 24 buds and 12 miller lights. some girls were there also but they had their own beer. I was the only person that didnt re-examine my lunch that night and the only person that wasnt running up and down the hotel showing everyone there ass or trying to start a fight. I was too busy talk to some girls and having a good time.

right before we got on the highway to goto fun ford weekend 2 friends and I bought a 24 case of bud. when we got to the hotel a hour and a half later we had 4 beers. there is nothing wrong with drinking and driving as long as you can do it.

I woudl disagree with you on this one! Many peopel claimed they could do it, got into accidents, and ****ed up lives. this is one of THE stupidest things peopel can do with cars.

Find a friend that has a pool!!!! (thanks Erin) The past 2 days Erin and I've been floating around her pool. It's been great. Go for bike rides, watch a moive you've always wanted to see and havent yet, go to drive-ins, play on a play ground. There are a ton of things you can do to not be bored. My problem is that I'm completely lazy in the summer. I'll sit at home and ***** that I want to go do something but I won't want to drive there, or spend my money...I'll always think of an excuse. Which then my friends take over and offer to drive . A good thing.

When I get bored I like to sometimes draw or paint, that is if it isn't sunny and warm enough to go swimming. Do you have a job? Might as well earn some money when you can! Otherwise, enjoy being bored while you can (even though it's not exciting). Not until your retired do you ever have that luxery again! (in some cases anyway)

i will have to deal with getting bored this summer. well bored of my schedule: work->home-> work, but i will hopefu;llly save enough mine to get me a 3 month vacation next summer in romania, and get my car with me. it will be fun. i already have the mone for the plane tickets and the shipment of the car. all i need is pocket money

lol, i have the same problem. shit just gets boring. got a pool and after the first 2 summers of having it, i cant stand swimming. got a trampaline and once again, after having it a while i would rather not jump on it.
