the JDM ITR's would be nice if you can find them for a decent price. I have gotten some info from Corbeau and they have some nice seats IMO and the prices are great.
Good luck in what you choose and share some pics once you get them in. |

This may be a dumb question, but do sport seats really make a preformance diference, or is it for the looks?

I have the black Tenzo Type R seats from http://www.ardperformance.com and they are great. Decent price, quality workmanship, and great fit.

I have Sparco Torino's, and yes they do have a significant performance effect. Your ass is more planted and the car actually feels as though it handles much better, allowing you to explore the limits much more readily and drive more confidently.

Welcome to HS! They are also much lighter than stock, right?

Actually, compared to stock Prelude seats they are slightly heavier. The stock 5g Prelude seats have very little material on them and adjustment is purely manual, so the stockers are really light. Of course they still suck, I'd take the Torino's over them any day of the week. |

OK, thanks for the info. I was thinking that people swapped seats to save weight also. In my Accord (leather, power seat) they would probably save a little. It sure would be nice to not slide all over while cornering though.

has anyone seen the V-Racing seats from Konig or the Matrix seats? Anyone know how good those are? What about the Rally seat from Tenzo-R?

I heard different from some guys. I heard if ur going to drive lots some aftermarket seats just get uncomfortable.. Some people just wrap there stock seats in vynal or leather material..which is also nice but u do sorta slid a bit not to much..and its just as good..
