One of these:
-Supra TT -Subaru STi -MR2 Turbo -AE86 -240SX (add a turbo on the KA motor... not an SR20det swap) |

I forgot about the carrodo's I used to want one but were so hard to find and if you found one in good shape it was way to expensive. Hey thermal why no swap in the SR20. I was at importfest on saturday in Toronto and there was a supra there that had a turbo so big it could have sucked in a small animal. 648WHP, the car was mint.

25k doesn't get you much. after driving my gf's subaru around, I'd get the new 2.5GT or get a BMW 5 series (pre- 04)
Otherwise for in your budget i think i'd be stuck with a 350z, but the g35 coupe is much nicer. |

I like the stock KA motor on the 240sx. It makes a ton of torque, especially when turboed. I think SR20det's are overrated. I just like to be different and have a USDM 240 that can whoop some ass. Displacement does make a difference. |

realistically? I couldnt say.
Id like to say a nissan...but it'd probably be more likely to be a crappy ford maybe a miata or older sub rs Were I to sell and buy something else...Id still get a honda or acura (pre '01 civic or integra) - given honda's existance |

I'd have to go with BlackWolf on the 69 Camaro SS. Thats my dream car. But for under 25k? Probably a used RX-7. With no spending limit, I'd love a Porche GT2 or GT3, no fuck that, I'd take the Porche Carrera 6 w/ 600HP. Hope I said that right. I might need a correction.

Hell, no dollar limit? I guess an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish or a Mercedes E55 AMG. And if we're talking classic muscle cars, definately a 1970 Mustang Boss 429, the only Mustang i've ever loved.

If we're talking no money limit, I'd take a '95 Saleen SR. Only a handful made with almost 600 supercharged hp. Plus the widebody kit didn't hurt much. I've never seen one in person, but they look freakin sweet.

haha I saw that episode. He was talking about how he changed all his vehicals from red to green. Must be nice to spend 400,000 on a maybach and then have it custom painted.

He actually had MERCEDES paint it his customn green paint job... it's a factory paint job... it's just customn paint... porsche and most other companies of the caliper will paint your car ANY color you want for a price...
When my dad was shopping for a porsche in 94-96 I was looking through the cataloge it listed a custom color option for both the interior and the exterior... I don't remember how much it was... I think the paint was 20k... but I could be wrong.. I've seen one that got a non stock color from the factory... My dad had them not drill emblem holes in the trunk section where it says "carrera"... so it had factory "shaved" badging... To answer the question... For 25k I would get a used 97 528 and put a 5 or 6 liter engine in it... that or get a 97 subaru legacy GT and convert it to the JDM DB5... it's a twin turbo legacy... can't remember the dispalacement... but I'm pretty sure it was 3.0... it's has the japanese standard "300" hp... I think it's more like 385 if I recall... That would be great because subaru legacy's here are DOGS... and NOONE would be expecting one of those to break loose.

Cool, I didn't know that about the custom paint, but I guess if your spending that kind of money you should be able to get anything you want for it.

hmmmm....
in the 25K price range I'd either get a 3rd Gen RX-7, S2000, Scion TC(with supercharger, exhaust, intake and suspension tuning of course ^_^ ) or put a nice down payment on a Sti with no limits...I'd definitely go supercar either a Ferrari Enzo, F50,McLaren F1, a Koenigsegg or my dream car...A Lamborghini Diablo...YEA! Also, as far as domestics go...WITH a limit I'd get a Mustang GT...either an old one and spruce it up or a newer one...they look fairly nice. and I don't know why, but the new chevy cobalt SS is sounding pretty nice too. wiht no limits...I'd prolly get a Shelby Cobra GT 500 Mustang...or a Tigershark Corvette(saw it on speed cahnnel last night...comes with a supercharged 427...725 HP WITH the rev limiter on...over 800 w/o NICE) enough babbling...that's my list:o |

i would have to go with a late 90's toyota tacoma, and drop a tundra engine in it, drop it a couple inches, and call it a day(of course i would drop a JAckson Racing Super Charger into the mix!)
