Civic rear disc conversion

I know that you can swap out the POS drums in the back of a civic for the rear discs of a gsr. My question is what year integra rear brakes would be a direct swap on to a 95 civic dx? Let my know. I'm throwing my whip in the shop to get the dings out and I'm gonna throw up the picks when I get her back. Hit me up.

didnt some of the 5th gen ex's come w/ rear disc as an option?
If so...just snag a set of those...
OR get some off a 94- 'Teg or a del sol

for 6th gen, but the parts and basics are the same

Probably I say get em from a sol (probably cheaper than teg, just because no one thinks about em much) EBP Si arent as plentiful and theyre stuff costs more than it should

Try looking for a 92-95 si. They've got discs too.

Tru, but the price is very expensive and the AEM oversized rotors don't fit behind all size rims. I have 17 on the back now but I take them off for the winter and the AEM's would be too large.

NO YOU COULDN'T!

that's just the rotor and a relocator bracket for the caliper... you'd still need at least the disk brake spindle the ebrake and caliper lines.... and the caliper.

You want to get ANY rear trailing arm complete with ebrake cables off of:

90-02 integra ANY MODEL
92-95 civic si
del sol w/ rear disk

as far as the newer civics... the calipers and rotors are the same but I don't thinkg the trailing arm is and I'm not sure about the spindle.

You should be able to get a disk conversion for around 400 bucks.

check out sohfast.com they have lots stuff and I think they sell them in kits all complete... they're also VERY helpfull.

Good Luck.

Rear disks were also available on the 92-95 Ex's as well. Like mine.

you dont actually need the rear trailing arms. you just unbolt the 4-5 t50 torx head bolts and the 27mm nut(i think) and just make sure that you have the rubber brake hose and and e-brake cable for each side. i have put 98 gs-r rear disks on my 98 ex. actually a pretty easy conversion. now i have cross drilled rotors in front and back with ebc brake pads!!!

i like em!!!
