Why are integras so popular?
Ever since 95-96 Integras been played out, but even now people still get, and look for them. Why?

I like the way my Integra looks but it's a 2nd gen. I picked it cause of looks, availability on parts. Decent engine to start out with.

Cause there not around anymore.. and they are replaced by the RSX's. and the older integras are becoming collectors models. There just like old cars, everyone wants the older cars cause there not around anymore just same scene

not to mention that a good chunk of integra components are very desirable because they can be dropped into civics. the engines are great to built up on, and the axles and such are used in certain swaps.

i think the 1990-2000 Integra shape is a very nice, very efficient design.
my dad loves his car. it's getting up there in miles, but he justwishes he could buy a new one exactly like his. it's all a matter of taste. |

I always wanted one but I started out with a Civic. Now I have one and I love it. Design, engine (GS-R), parts (ohh ya! Parts are easy to find), and just overall looks! It is a very nice car to drive. A little noisy though, I will be Dynamatting soon! Entire car.

There are a lot of integras here in NY but not too many are 2nd gen...can't really find them very often around here...I got mine because I liked how it looked, loved the headlights and the engine was running good, I can find parts for it very easily so thats never a problem...even though my car is over 10 years old I still think its pretty hott in the streets...

I LOVE THE 3RD GEN TEGS!!!!!
the reason they are so popular is becuz they are F-U-C-K-ING AWESOME! but yea i have a civic and i would love to sell it and buy a 3rd gen GS-R. maybe by summer i'll have enough money to buy it. But Civic owners love swapping out their slow-ass motors for Integra ones (or other JDM motors) anyway if your looking to buy a civic or accord, LOOK INTO INTEGRAS FIRST!! i wish i would have... |

Order of importance when buying a car (for me)...
1. Looks 2. Performance 3. Reliability/quality 4. Aftermarket support I'd rather have a good looking slow car over a ugly looking fast car. Any 3rd gen teg looks good slammed w/ rims, as do most h/a 's. Can't question h/a reliability and the aftermarket support is there. |
