Gmail users...
Is Gmail supporting POP3 remote access yet? I know they weren't when I signed up. The reason I ask is because when I asked the guy who came to install the router today how to set up an account through Roadrunner, he said he didn't recommend it and that I should use Gmail or something similar. I just really REALLY don't want to have to use webmail ever again.

Yes they do. Look in Settings there is a Forwarding and POP tab. Follow the instructions and it works great.

Eh...I figured it out. I messed up some settings the first time around, but now it works. I might try setting up an account through RR sometime soon...but it's 8:30am and I'm somewhat inhebriated so it's no time for tech support. W0rd.

Alright...curiouser and curiouser. I set up my shit exactly how Gmail says to for POP3 access. I set it as my default account in Outlook Express and tried to send out an email. No dice. Error message. So then I went to my Gmail account on their site and hit "compose mail" and tried to send an email to the same friend. It said it went through, but the next time I hit "send/receive", I get the message I sent to my friend. What the fuck?
