91 CRX Sunroof leaking = Musty car

I have a 91 CRX Si and my sunroof leaks. Water comes out around where the hatch struts bolt to the body. It also seems to make its way down to where my spare tire is also. It doesn't look like it is rust out anywhere so all the water should go to the drain tubes but I am wondering if the tubes are clogged or something. The tubes also have drain valves on them also so they may not be working properly. If anyone knows anything that would help it would be appreciated because I am tired of sitting in a musty a@@ car after it rains.

Experiment. Get some dye and water. See where the problem is.

The problem with that is all the tubing is in the body except where it hooks to the sunroof. I have no way to see where it is coming out of. I might just have to pull the tubes out and see. Each of the 4 tubes has 2 valves on them for whatever reason. A drain valve and an inner valve. Why you need 2 valves for a drain tube beats me.

Well I pulled the tubes and cleaned them out, put some silicone around the whole upper channel where the hatch closes and it still leaks. The sunroof isn't rusted so it not that. i guess I am going to have to keep searching.
