Short or Ground

I have recently incountered an interesting problem with my 94. About 3 weeks ago my accord would not start. I jumped it drove apprx. 10 miles, tuned off and restarted fine.

3 weeks went by with no problems. Again out of no where dead as a doornail. Jumped and started to drive to work and while I was going, I heared a click(like a relay), radio cut out and ABS light came on. Heard the click again and same simptoms but with the addition of the tach going to 0, but all with no loss of power. Had to jump the car two more times and had the battary and alternator tested but were found good.

Once I got to a shop to further test the car started numerous times with no other simptoms.

Has anyone had these simptoms, and if there where a short, would'nt the engine cut off? Whould a lose ground somewhere cause this?

Thx
