Engine Swap
I just bought a 93 Honda Civic Del Sol S
It came stock with a 1.5 and Automatic I want to know what engine swaps will bolt right in to my car without having to do any heavy modifications to it, and can I convert a car with an automatic to a manual transmission, Is it possible, how easy can it be done, what modifications do I have to do.....thanks for your help..... |

you could put a d16z6(1.6 sohc vtec) in w/o any real modification. that car came with that engine in an upper model from yours. also i saw a guy with a 5th gen civic put a b16 in with no mount kit. used all original mounts. might be something to check into

man that was a bad move you want a stick you should have bought one cause thats gonna cost you a good 5.000 at least in less you can do it youre self and even if you can thats a hell of a lot of work your going to have to turn your car in to swiss cheese if you want to pull that off so enjoy youre mistake cause with an auto the only view your gonna get is of every one elses taillights even my friends metro autos are for pu@#ys.
