I was just wondering if anyone can help me. For some reasone my computer won't play avi files (no not for porn lol). does anyone know why. I have windows media player 10 and it said when i downloaded it it supposed to play them but it doesn't. Can anyone help. Thanx guys.

wrong codec maybe ? is it all the avi files or just some of them

Yeah usually it's the codec and Windows Media doesn't find the codec for you. These codecs are all over the net, search on Yahoo and you'll get some for download. If not, I think the Divx codec includes a AVI function..not sure.
