99 Civic EX vs. Focus
On my way to work one day I was approaching a stoplight that turned yellow and on my rear view mirror i can see this red focus, not sure if its hatch/coupe/sedan/trimline anyways... it was like chasing my ass and it just so happens that i'm the only one at the light. At the light his passenger kept lookin' at me and they turned their music all super loud and the driver revved his engine at me...so i was like..sure, i have the weight advantage(he's got a passenger) and i think it was an auto (i got a 5 spd.)
To make a long story short...the light turned green and i hear him squeal his tires..so i got of the line gently and stepped on it til 6800 and i squealed my tires on 2nd gear...from then on he was on my blind spot cause i never saw pass me until we caught up to the other cars ahead... ..i'm not sure of the specs of the car cause i only seen the front ot it..

nice. ever thought about putting a turbo kit in that EX? it'll be a lot more fun.

i have never seen an automatic squeal wheels before, honestly, but, i hate focuses so good kill man. But I wouldn't put down automatics, they are better (in my opinion) for track racing and stuff. Some are mega-modded, and in my civic (it was an automatic) I beat several 5 spd cars. So don't be to confident against some people's cars.

yah, ur right about the auto being superior in some cases but 5 spd is funner..
i'd love to get a turbo or supercharger on my EX but generally it'll cost me at least 3 grand..supercharger..maybe a lil less

It wasnt an SVT. If you thought it was the top model, it would of been a hatch, a ZX3 or a ZX5. If it was an auto, it could of had the EFP shift improver. It improves the shifts, and makes it possible to squel gears if you want to. Ill race you in my auto
