Oh watta week (long)

this was the first week of my life so far, and it all topped off today. On wednesday i we had a quiz on one of the programming classes, and ofcouse i felt i felt that i blew it. ohhh well after school i get plastered ( don't know why), and when i tun on my computer i feel that i need new shocks, so i blow $1000 on koni yellows and ground control coilovers. ohhh well i let that pass and last night i wanna go out and do some driving, and when i put the car in reverse i hear a loud bang comming from the tranny, but the car works fine. I drive the car and it feels fine, shifts fine, no problems so i assume is one of my motor mounts. Last night i was up late trying to do a project for school. i went to bed like 4 in the morning, and i wake up at 7:00 to go to school. i feel like i have a cold, and i wanna get some dayquill, but insted i get nyquill. ohh boy, i was half asleep thru all my classes. I get called to work early and i go. It's all fine, until i see this big blac excursion tailgating me on the right lane on the higway so i step on the car. It goes to about 5000rpms and i let it slow because i gained enough space on the asshole, then as i was coastin i hear the same loud bang from the tranny i heard last night. my tranny decides to downshift to second i think and i just watch the revs go up, redline, over the redline(ouuuuuuuuuuuch), then the car upshifts and it's fine till i get on the exit, where i have to stay at a red light. i see that my engine wants to die, and i notice the oil light came on (ohhh f*ck), so i put the car in neutral and rev it a bit, the light goes off, ohhh well i hope i will get to a safe spot to pull over and see wassup, but the traffic gets thicker and thicker and i can't pull over anywhere and the water temperatue goes up. Then i get to a spot where i have to go on ramp for like half mile and there is no place to pull over. the oil light comes on and off as it pleases. Finally i get to a place where i can pull over and look at the oil. i let it sit for like 10 minutes and check the oil, it's up to the level, but i decide to put some fresh oil on it, just to cool things down a bit. I can't turn the damn oil cap, so i have to use a hammer to tap it lightly and remove it. Finally it's removed and i see all this oil fumes comming out, that's not good, but i add the oil and start the car. it's all fine now. Tomorrow i gotta go and change it, even if it has only 1400 miles, because i already boiled it. I hope the tranny is fine cause otherwise h22 swap here i come.

sorry for the long post but i had to let it out of my system.

~Stefan

Damn Stefan, sounds like a pretty bad week. Even though you bought them when you were drunk, you'll end up liking your new suspension. School always makes things 10x worse with all of the stress, etc. but it will get better.

That kinda sucks but at the same times doesn't. You got a new suspension set up. Might get a new engine in there. Sucks though if you don't have the $$ for a new engine

That's just nasty. Treat yourself right... buy the good stuff.

Stefan: Sorry your week was so bumpy. At least portions of it sound like it came out good. Hope the car is okay.
