Flip Face wont open

hey yall i need help, i got a DEH-P8500MP pioneer headunit, i installed it about 3 months ago and its been working perfectly before today, these past couple of days i have be wiring new AW1000Q's and it was working great, untill this morning when i turned it on and the flip face wouldnt go down, i cant open it or take out a CD it's REALLY!!!! pissing me off cuz i never have touched anything behind the dash, im thinking the 10A fuse might have blown, any solutions are more than welcome, comments are welcome too

i'm not that familiar with pioneer decks and their problems but if you think the fuse blew just check it and it you need to just replace that for a minimal fee...if not just go to an audio shop, they can figure out the problem in 5 minutes, doesn't necesarily mean you have to pay them to do it.

not anymore its gone, the fuses work, i checked everything and i took it to an audio shop and they couldnt get it to work so i might send it back to pioneer, thank for your help

any chance your remote wire touched a power wire? if so thats what did it.......smell it and see if it smells burnt......you can tell if it is....not a plesent smell

no chance of that happening cuz i had every wire caped so there were no bare wires around, and to think this all started after i came back from a very bumpy road
