fuel pressure regulator

I have a '93 civic si with an intake, header, high flow cat and cat-back exhaust. I was just wondering if I can benefit from an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Can the factory one still handle my modifactions? Even if it can, will I make more power with and adjustable one or will it just waste gas? Thanx

i dont think it'll add any power, and will more than likely just waste gas.
a lean condition will make more power(assuming its not too lean) than a rich condition.

The factory one is fine.
