First car...

I was looking to buy an Accord for my first car. I was searching for models and everything and I saw this one:

I was wondering what year, model, and how much it would roughly cost about being a stock. I'm looking to spend up to about 14 grand.

I'm liking this model alot. Here are a few other models I had in mind that I saw from another site:

So you're looking to buy a used car that already has a kit, etc. on it?

Yeah that would probably be better for me, as long as the price is around 14500. or lower

Stock would be fine though, I would put the work into it myself. Just looking for a nice model, like one of the ones shown in the first post. I just think it's gonna be tough to find any of those here in Pittsburgh. I found a Civic about 6 miles from where I am, it's about the nicest car I've seen around here (Search wise on the net).

Here's a pic of it:

Don't buy a modified car. They've been beat up.

You're basically saying that you're interested in a stock 6th gen Accord, right? Are you leaning more towards to the I4 or the V6?

Actually, if you want a customized car anyway, I think buying a pre-modded car is a good way to go - you can get it much cheaper than buying stock and modding yourself. If you're willing to work on it, a little abuse on a used car shouldn't be a big deal, and might be a good negotiating point on price.

i wouldn't buy a pre modded car. i know min e has taken a lot of abuse in it's history. i would feel quite bad to sell it to somebody else
