with i/h/e .. i'd expect to see a 20hp gain from stage 2's after tuning

port and polish would prolly do u wonders with a new cam...but u might need to tune ur fuel map and such if ur goin' quite "extreme"

vtec engines is usualy about 650 for a pair, or about 350-375 for sohc engines. non vtec its usualy about 550 and 275-300 respectivly

i understand that they just started recently, but I thought they only made vtec cams.

I would go with Zex for SOHC Camshafts. I really like them a lot and have driven a 95 civic ex vtec with a zex camshaft and cam gear with some head work I/H. That thing was awsome. He walked away from me like I was going anywhere. The car runs 15.5 et. The camshaft is 238.99 from www.zex.com. I think that you would be really happy with them. I HIGHLY recommend zex. If you had a DOHC then id go with skunk2.
