i believe it's the intellagaurd 4? their alarms are superb! It may cost up to about $1000 for the alarm and installation. You can not buy the alarms on the net or out the door at a retailer. Unless u get it on ebay or something, or have contacts. They are good alarms, but there are also some comparable ones for alot cheaper. I'd recommend a paging remote. Aladdin i hear is really good. I've got a compustar, havn't had any problems. If you do a compustar, wait until the 1.5 mile range one comes out, that one is sweet! They all have remote starter for manual transmission (not sure on the clifford)

its the avant guard 4 (what i have in my car) and yes it can cost between $750 - $1200 to install, and thats exactly why i would not recommend it. it comes with virtually everything, but it has many features which you would have no use for with a civic. chances are you will never see one on ebay, and even if you do, you had better be a pro to install it. my ex installs alarms & stereos for a living, and it took him about 16 hours to do his first one, and to this day he says he will never do another one again. Clifford has many more alarms that are less money, and even now since DEI is making all the alarms, you might as well get a DEI one since theyre both made outta the same parts, just DEI is cheaper |

You should consider the ever popular VIPER..
Or if you want the works, look at the PYTHON. Though its kinda expensive, it comes with many many toys. Both are by DEI.
