The civic's gunna be getting some new parts
I'm gunna be getting a clutch/flywheel, cam/springs, replacement JDM headlights and corners, and probobly more.
I haven't spent any money on the car in a LONG time and I got a new job that has helped me catch up on bills and now it's tax return season so I'm gunna be blowing some money on the civic. I'm actually going to be doing a lot of work to it. Brakes: I got those prelude/type r calipers sitting around I'm gunna get those on up front... that should make it stop like a beast. Clutch/Flywheel: Haven't decided on a combo yet but def. going to be getting these as my current clutch is SHOT real bad and the flywheel is the original with 203k miles and I'll have it open anyway so... Probobly going as light as possible... I'm looking at the ACT prolite, or maybe another one... as the ACT is pretty pricey... not terrible though. Probobly ACT or Clutchmaster for the clutch kit. Body: Getting the headlights cuz I had headlights from singapore with the city lights but a glass lense... also when I got them I didn't read the auction to find out that the corners were for a 4 door not a 2 door... and haven't really seen the corners I wanted (clear jdm) since then other than on really expensive sites. Also probobly going to fix up the fenders... they're all f'd up... not sure what to do about the door after that bastard in the expedition raped it. Probobly going to try to source one locally. Engine: Definately getting a Comp Cams 59300 (stage 2) cam and springs... although I'm hung up on what to do about the retainers as I don't want to have to replace the retainers as titanium requires... Also thinking about doing a Y8 intake manifold. heat sheald gasket, and b-series TB, at the same time. Gotta do the headgasket... So not really sure on brand yet but I'm pretty sure I'm gunna get ARP bolts while it's off Since I plan on going turbo in the not to distant future. Car should rip when I'm done... nothing sick but a hell of a lot faster then it was and it was already fun to drive... Only thing I really want to do that I'm probobly not going to is the suspension... I'm really hung up on spending the extra money on coilovers instead of GC's and koni's since they're not too far off in price range. I still might though... gotta see how my spending spree goes.

Bro, look into AEBS or Golden Eagle studs. I've read it somewhere that they are far superior, but then again I'm not sure if you are boosting your motor.
Omni suspension is the hotness right now. Price range is not too bad neither. Goodluck with your project and take pics...... |

I'll be boosting but not much... I won't go over 10psi for a while... bottom end is stock with 203k miles so... Just a Junkyard setup for now...
Still may not even happen this year... I have the intercooler and piping so far.. Just need a decent turbo, injectors, fuel pump, and management. I'm not looking to spend more than like 1500 all tolled though... Got the intercooler and piping for free at the last job I worked at... Coulda gotten a turbo too (still might depending on if the old boss is willing to honor an old promise).

If not, try to pick up a T3 from Saab or Volvo. T25 or 14b from Eclipses are good shit too. But the best turbo score out there is a T3 super-60 from the Thunderbirds.
You shouldnt have to spend anything more than $1200 on turbo stuff. For one, you have a 93 EX already equipped with P28. Good shit for Uberdata... just as good as Hondata. |

Nope, it is 14B. I have never heard of Mitsu/Trust making a 14G turbo. So far I've seen/heard of 13T, 14B, 15G, 16G, 18G, 19T, 20G <---- not in size order.

See that's the thing... the turbo I wouldv'e gotten from there would have either been:
KKK turbo out of a 80's 911 or 944 Garret out of a late 90's saab Both of which are great turbo's ... the porsche was my pick of the litter because it was stock externally wastegated... So I would be able to use an aftermarket wastegate instead of a crappy stocker.
