another 1 bites the dust
ok first up.. i know its not really a challenge (NOT ALL OF EM) but some.. and it still feels good to run another one in the ground.. especially when they have no respect for the import world
im talking about... MUSTANGS! i was on my way home last night.. just driving along, and a mustang comes up next to me.. and his boy starts talkin shit.. with him like.. pfft you gonna show this girl whose boss?? he was like.. HA.. yea ill show her whose boss... and they yelled to tell me.. so whatever.. anyway.. its a brand new mustang GT.. now let me say.. i have respect for the older mustangs that are out there.. they have BALLS... anyway.. this guy tries to take off.. so i kinda laugh.. and i drop to 3rd gear! by the time i was shifting to 5th.. i had like 6-7 car lengths on him.. so i slowed up.. let him catch up.. and his friend was laughing at him!! heheh wooo hoooo... |

Unless you have a supercharger or are putting out some mean horsepower and the mustang was stock, I HIGHLY doubt you beat '99+ GT mustang. I could see a V6 though. What have you done to the H22?

Not to flame you but the guy must have been driving an auto. The Manual 99+ Mustang GT ran a 14.2 road and track and I've seen a lot of people run a 13.9 bone stock in the 1/4. The autos usually run a high 14 so that it more like Prelude times. But hey some people just can't drive to save their life.

first up i never said 99 mustang..
2nd up.. a lude can beat a v6 w/out a doubt or problem i have beat the newer body style mustangs plenty of times.. and YES 5 speeds... thanks for all the doubt's however.. obviously b/c im a chick i cant drive.. and thats what a lot of you seem to think. Rather then say good kill.. i get.. "guess he cant drive" ... so whatever... |

I don't think anyone here is saying a girl can't drive. If you read over your 1st post again it says that it was a brand new GT mustang. Brand new would indicate the 99+ body style and being a GT would mean it was a V8 (260 hp), that is what made everyone question this post. If you had said in the post that it was a V6 nobody would have made a comment. I didn't even notice your name grl racer until today so there is no way I judged this post based on you being female. I think the same thing would hold true for the rest of the people who commented.

ok so i said "brand new" .. does that still classify 99 as "brand new" .. no it doesnt.. brand new would be 2001, or 2002
all i ment by brand new was a "newer body-style" so my bad.. but like i said.. i never said 99 that was brought up by someone else. thanks anyway |

yeah... I dont think anyone was making the statements because your a girl... you said "GT" which like someone said means V8.. If your car has even minor bolt ons your not gonna beat a newer GT 99+ or without bolt-ons even beat a new body style GT ... I bet it was a V6 which doesnt take anything off what you said you still killed some domestic muscle so GREAT KILL...

Good Kill! A kill is a Kill. Give credit to where credit is deserved. Some of these guys with mustangs make the classic mistake of thinking they can beat everyone. The ones that drive the v6 Mustangs are sometimes the worst ones. They figure they got two more cylinders and hey it's a Ford Mustang for gods sake. So they put the pedal to the metal thinking Ford Power and lose! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA One of the best kills I think. LOL |

I meant 99+ as the 99 and up body style. I know what brand new means. If you would stop for a minute and read what I wrote you would realize I was trying to make everyone understand your post. I'm done with this thread. Good kill on the V6 2002 Ford Mustang.

Should have used rats.. they are alittle bigger and a little faster.. I tried but they didnt fit so I had to use a couple mice.. But I think you can sqeeze it in the lude.. You should really look into it for your next mod..
