Help me help me, being rubbed the wrong way!
I need some help with body mods to make my 18x7.5 rslimited wheels and nitto 215/35 tires fit in the wheel wells with out major rubbing issues. I lowered my 6g civic 2.5 inches and can't even use my wheels they rub so bad. It all started after I put the camber kit on and got it aligned, before that the camber was so bad it didn't rub. Help!! Car looks anemic with 14 inch steelies.

The back ones shouldn't be any problem, since you don't have to turn them. Just shave out part of the wells to make the wheels fit. On the front, flare the fenders and shave the inside. That is about all I can say. With 18" wheels your options are really only crazy body mods, smaller wheels, or less drop.

How do you flare the front fenders? How about aftermarket fenders, are they any wider?

i use to work at discount tire, and when it rubs (ie. trucks with 44 super swampers, or cars with 18-20s wheels) we just ground away what it rubbed on, usually the inner fender well

Can I run without the plastic inner fenders? Would that be easier->better than grinding them? Hey, how do I roll the fenders?

you also might wanna buy bigger rotors....going from 14's to 18's is a big difference in heat (more tire to stop) so u might wanna get an AEM big brake kit or something of the sorts...just my 2cents

Wont make that much of a difference. Don't invest in a big brake kit unless you want to, or unless you start crackin out some performance mods.
