What's your next vehicle?!

alright ladies and gentlemen,
ya'll know you've already thought about it. What would your NEXT vehicle be? yes, once you sell your prelude and move on, what would you have in mind?

I would think about a 350Z in blue or perhaps a wrx sti.

buuuut that won't be for awhile
after the prelude will most likely be a 03 Yamaha R6

yup, 250 hp thru an exhaust that looks just a tad bigger than a straw. imagine a full 3" exhaust on it. i think it would release at least 30 more hp

I dont have any idea... There are the wants.. Then there is reality.

I want a WRX or a 350Z, but I probably won't get either because I'm a cheap ass and like not having a big car payment.

either a diesel powered Mercedes so I can run biodiesel or a Hybrid car modded with extra batteries and a plug in option so i can charge it up off the solar electricity my house will be running off of which will allow for around 100mpg or more.

then for the weekends, a turbo'd Viper or vette.

Well i went out today and just for shits and giggles, i applied for the loan and guess what:

(not my bike, just a photo from the internet of the bike i got, AGAIN I REPEAT THIS IS NOT MINE!!!!!)
its sitting in my driveway as i type, there is no better feeling about having a bike between your legs and doing 75 down the interstate, it just feels so free!!!! oh and the bike was 8480 after financing, and it costs me 92 bucks amonth, and 15 dollars is a full tank at 62MPG(im pussy driving it, cause its my first bike and im scared shitless, i was riding back from the dealership and got hit by a f'ing dragon fly, and i almost had to change my shorts.)

for those of you that have bikes, know of any good online gear shops? im looking for a matching jacket, gloves, and a helmet (i have loaners from the dealership, and they want thier shit back!!!!)

Within the next 2 years I'm gonna buy a beater truck then when I get out of college I'm gonna treat myself to a 1996 Supra TT... keeping the 350z though (since it's paid off)... gonna strip the Z down and have it be a dedicated road course car while I build up the supra...

awwww shit nice chris... and sounds like lots of fun / money highlander. I'm hoping to pick up an AWD DSM within the next year if I can sell my car soon.. Nearly 400 a month for car payment + insurance sucks when you make about 600 a month

well i just rode to and from school (82 miles each way) and my ass hurts like a mother fucker, but the ride was fun and scarey

it was scarey because i got pulled over and i dont have a motorcycle endorsement and the cop just told me that i was riding really safe, and that he hasn't seen to many people ride like that, and that i should really get the endorsement because the next cop that pulls me over wont be so nice!

it was fun because i have never felt anything like it before, riding 70 miles an hour and feeling the wind

Well after I'm done with my Integra LS, I'll probably go back to automatic, yea, weird right? Probably a 350Z/G35 automatic. If suddenly I changed my mind and decides to keep a stick, WRX/S2000/next gen Civic SI (I find it hot).

Wow. How...uncalled for. Merely stating an opinion. Sorry if you don't like it, but lucky for me I don't particularly care what you think. So in that regard, everyone wins.

The answer to your question is a long and complicated one. The short and sweet version is that I'm just plain better than you. If you want to over analyze any of my posts...go ahead. In that event, refer to my not giving a shit as listed above. If that's a problem, I suggest you sodomize yourself with a retractable baton.

Being surrounded by metal and glass is nothing like a motorcycle. You will NEVER get the same feeling out of riding in a car that you will riding on a bike.

I have to agree.. I've ridden on a bike before and the experience is uncomparable to anything with a car.. T-tops, convertible, targa top.. nothing is the same.

Meh...T-tops are nothing compared to a bike man.

Being in a car is a completely different feeling dude. It's hard to beat riding a bike or sitting in a car. You actually get a feel for the speed.

As for the car. IS300 or a G35. Maybe a Supra..who know.

Indeed. I honestly have no idea what it's like to be on a bike. I never even learned to ride a bicycle. And I'm not about to hop on some guy's bike so I can hold his waist like some chick. It just always bugs me when people with 'verts talk about the wind in their hair and on their face. Big deal. You've still got doors and interior around you. I'm sure it's different on a bike....but bikes were never my thing. If it doesn't have 4 wheels, I'm not paying attention.

Just remember Steve, sometimes its very hard to differentiate between a joking post and a serious one when its in text format. Thats why I like to use smileys so much. People tend to feel a lot less threatened when there is a laughing smiley next to what could be a some what serious sounding post.

With that said.... I can picture it now.. Steve riding bitch on the back to some dudes bike.
