Java virtual machine

somehow norton wiped Java Virtual machine off my computer and i can't restore it, or download it from microsoft. all i get is a page telling me that the page has moved and it will check windows update, but then no sign on java virtual machine. Any ideas where i can find it from ? or how i would go with norton system works to bring it back ? I need it really bad for some apps on the web. Machine is running win2k pro sp2

Yeah it does. I use it. After you install it, look under the Internet Options. Goto the Advanced Tab. Its under there.
THe install should ask you if you want to use Sun as the Java for IE.
