Fuel pump maybe?
well i was cleaning out my car and when i went to goto work the started then died right away. it turns over and doesn't start. check spark and ign, and its fine there. i sprayed a little carb cleaner through the intake and it tried to start but then died right away. i waited untill after work (when its like 20 degrees cooler) an tried to start the car, and it still wont start!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
if know one helps me im stuck walking everywhere,a nd its not a pleasant site to see a sweaty fat man walking down the street!!!!

maybe your main relay is dead. do you have spark ?

i have spark, and i dont think it is the main relay, caue i let the car cool down and it still wouldn't start. i also have noticed that i have been getting poor fuel millage the past month or so

Hrm, did you ever figure it out? All that comes to mind is to Check your entire fuel system and ECU. Try taking the injectors out of the intake manifold with the clip still on and then have someone just turn the key on (don't start it) to see if there's an injector pulse. Everytime you turn the key on, your injectors send fuel into your runners to prime it before you start the car. (In case you were wondering why I'm tellin' you to put the key into the ON position.) If it's not the injectors, then check your fuel pump. Oh, there's another way of checking the injectors by using a voltage meter which you would have to check the Haines manual.

I to am interested to know if it was fixed....If not I would say turn the key and listen and see if you can hear the Fuel pump kick on pumping fuel. If not then the pump is likely bad/dead....
I do hope by now you have it running again though... |

and dont forget the simple stuff that you never think of.. like ecu fuses etc.

actually, it was the fuel pump! but thats not the bad part, the bad part is that the car is motorless just waiting to save up for a new motor (my secret!)
