clutch pedal input

I was wonderig if there is a clutch pedal input to the ecu on a obd 2 b18 or any other obd2 ecu for that matter, I know one of the sensors on the cluch pedal is to start the car but whats the other one for??

as far as I know start is the only one. Some people say that VTEC is affected by it. Not really convinced with that tho. Because I still hit VTEC with my Teg even after placing a jumper on that clip for my remote start. I'll have to look into my Helm's manual......

na there is 2 pin switches on the clutch, im trying to figure every little thing out before my swap

Lower is the clutch switch (for cruise control)
Very top (the one I forgot about...duh) is clutch interlock (for car start)


Both connectors are on the main wiring harness (specifically connector C417,C418 respectively).
Interlock is connected to the starter, but Im not sure exactly how...never looked.

i know that there is one that if you dont plug it in, you can start your car without pushing in the clutch.
then again, you have remote start, so that dont matter.
