Congrats! Though I've never been a smoker, I know that it takes a strong person to quit. ::

Congrats on kicking the disgusting habit. My ex smoked and it drove me crazy to the point where I gave her the big size 13.

Good job. The first couple of months are the hardest. I've been an ex-smoker for a little over a year now.

HOW I QUIT
Well I used the patch(nickederm cq). At first the whole patch (21mg) was way too much for me...I only smoked about a pack a day.....so I cut the damn thing in half.....after a week or so I cut it in half again.......and after a couple of days on that half I cut it in half once again.... couple of days on that and I was home free.
Shit the whole 21mg patch got me so stoned felt like I was in High School again, head banging to Megadeath and trippin on acid....ahhh the good old days.........well not any more. Drug free for about six years now! No more pot, acid, gasoline, or anything I could get my hands on. Thank goodness for that! I wouldn't be able to afford the Eclipse if I hadn't quit drugs! Now I got a new drug....Import tuning |
