The check engine you can service yourself. I have a how-to in the step by step section that you can follow.
The srs light really should be serviced by a pro...you dont want to be messing with those things. |

you don't seem to understand the problem...these lights never turned on with the other dash board I just wanted to know if them turning on is due to the sapping of dash's

I understand perfectly well.
The lights in the cluster are just that - lights. They only turn on when there is a signal from the ecu or srs brain. If you want, put your old custer back in and see if the lights are on there. Then swap bulbs. |

Ok, just so we're all on the same page: The dash is the big thing in the front that houses everything. The cluster is what you mean to say. (Not being an ass.)
Well you only had to swap the srs and cel, but thats beside the point. There is nothing on the cluster that you can reset the cel or srs lights. I guess try resetting it and see what that does. If you still get it after that you probably have a faulty unit (some wires are shorted and causing constant power to those bulbs). Contact where ever you bought it from and explain the situation. If theyre anywhere 1/2way decent they'll either offer a refund or exchange. The only other thing I can suggest is to maybe trade w/ a friend's, if that is possible, or if you want to shell out for it, take it to a shop and have them examine the cluster. To me, those are your only options. |

There should be 4 plugs on the clusters
2 larger ones that are for the speedo, tach, fuel, and temp and then 2 smaller ones - green for cruise control and yellow for srs. Did you plug those in? |

I've seen almost a similar situation before. What the guy did was swap the card (circuit board) from the old cluster to the new one. Then he tapped an RPM source from dizzy to the cluster. I dont know if that will help.......
