if converted?
if you saw an acura RSX with honda emblems, type-R emblem, and a type-R decal(pretty much an RSX with an type-R look), would you think it's stupid?
how about a fairlady Z emblem, decals on a 350Z? after all, they're very similar if not, the same type of cars. |

unlike most companies honda actually puts some power and performance behind their "racing" model car... So no I'd think that was just as gay as an ls with "type R" look... type R isn't the "look" it's the performance... Why not just buy the "s type" then you get all the kool badging y0!.

I think what he means is not putting a Type R sticker or badge on a dx civic, but for example riding on a TSX and putting Honda Accord...considering it's pretty much the same thing in euro. Well it is the same thing...

It's kinda like the difference between Cheverolet and GMC. Basically the same thing, slightly different grill/lights, and badging. The main thing with JDM and USDM is the emissions.

There is a guy that works at a chinese resturant around here with an RSX. He has replaced all the acura symbols with honda symbol. IMO it really dosen't matter, because an acura is just a higher end model of a honda. honda symbols are better anyway

I know a guy with an NSX who has changed everything Acura over to Honda, even the steering wheel. He now has a Honda NSX

Nothing wrong with doing that..

W3RD! Its not that I want the JDM ID, its just that I prefer the Honda image (as in philosophy) to the Acura image..

but to those of you that are saying they'd change the badging, would you go as far as changing the steering wheel or under the hood to get rid of the acura symbols?
ahaha, i wonder what the dealer would say when you go bring it for a check up or a tune-up. |
