94 LS & auto tranny in 97 hatch back
I have a 97 Civic hatch back that i am
putting a 94 LS motor with an automatic tranny I need to know what rear mount or mount bracket do I use for this swap I am not sure if the si will fit being it is 5 speed and I am using an automatic. please help!!!!!! |

I dont know about 97 hatch but on a 92-95 hatch we had to custom make and weld a solid mount to the back..I dont know anything on Si mounts fitting you might have to fabricate one..But if you want to buy a mount kit for that they have them at hasport.com there not to cheap but check them out if you want it done right..Good luck..

The mount i had wouldnt work and on a weekend you dont have time nor a place open to go buy one so the only option with all the tools and common since on how to do stuff like this you can just build and save....

why use an auto tranny LS? Is your hatch automatic?
