wondering about debadging
first want to wish everyone a merry christmas and happy new year. i am thinking about taking the emblems(H, ACCORD, and LX) off the back.
its just a really strong adhesive keeping those on right? no holes behind them? does anyone have any good directions on how to take them off? is it dental floss to take off the emblems? then adhesive remover to take of the umm...adhesive? and then i know there is a definite waxing after its all done. o getting the windows tinted tomorrow. i know its just tint but kind of excited to see how my car will look. peace |

i don't know about the 2003 accords, but i know for sure 4-6th gen accords the big H emblem is held by some glue and 2 nipples in place, so u might end up with holes. as for the lx emblem that is just glue. dental floss should be strong enough

Yup, the H's will leave two big holes. Pretty ugly unless you want to shave it correctly (bondo, repaint, etc.).

You might want to check on your 7th gen to make sure it isn't different.
