movin out

thats right i got my own place sorta. i got a roommate but he is pretty coo.

i move out march 4th into an apartment in ankeny. a city north of where i live. closer to my college.

i get the samller room becuase i get the car garage. but at least i get a place to work on my car.

its a 2 bedroom 1 garage for 570 a month all bills paid but electric. so its not to bad split two ways. esp when we work together and make a combine 4800 a month.

yeah i have to agree buy asap. even if you dont plan on staying there for the whole 15 years of the morgage(or 30 years) you own what you pay, instead of paying to be able to live there. then you can resell, own part of it, and hope for appreciation on you investment. very hard to loose

congrats though. im paying 760+electric split 2 ways but i get the bigger room and carport/garage

I tried to convince my dad to help me with a deposit on an apartment for me to buy in Boston when I went to school there...

It ended up not panning out... but I would've been paying LESS in mortgage (it would've ended up being a hair more for the year when you figured in taxes) and it would've TRIPLED in value from when I was looking to when I moved out of Boston...

I would've had 200k+ in the bank...

Instead... I have NOTHING I live in ANOTHER shitty rented apartment... only this time with 2 kids and a wife with not much hope of getting a house for another 1-2 years...

BUY NOW.
