yeah i wanna do it too...the problem is changing from the mechanical levers that we have to the analog dials...its not easy and you will need more parts than just the dash controls

if you find more info then post it up and let me know how it would exactly be done.

ok well i took another beating form the people at honda-tech (i didnt use their search feature i just made a new thread) and basically you need a wiring harness, blower motor, panel, and you have to do some cutting inside the dash vents so they will all fit. By doing the cutting you also make it so only 1 of the middle vents blows air...

this is a very costly change over for what it really is...basically not worth it.

if you still feel like wasting tons of cash head on over to honda-tech.com and use the search to find it...

Seems like I will be waking this thread up from the dead...Anyways, I've done part of this conversion. I've got everything working except the temp controls. Yes you do need a 99-00 civic heater core and blower motor. Other than that, it's pretty much cake. Just have to be sure to use the right wiring. There's 2 sets of wiring harnesses that you'll have to get and they both belong under the dash, and routed through the heater core and blower fan. only 2 problems arised, 1 the temp issue, and 2 the blower issue. I can't adjust fan speed. It's either full blast or no blast. but so far so good. If anyone would like to donate a heater core and a blower motor assy, please drop me a msg!
