looks good.... I think it'd look better with those black housing headlights though...
I can't believe you don't get shiot for having nitrous and it's just sitting there. post some pics of the engine bay.

ya but that thing doesn't say you can have the bottle hosed while your on the street much less run it on the street... it's just a permit to handle and transport...right?
I can get a license to carry a gun... don't make me Jizames bond... license to kill and all... though if that's available in jersey too I'm moving.

made the car feel tighter dont know if it was mental or not... our cars are basicly tin cans... this is a big steel bar that ties that tin canb together so i think it really makes a differance |

i mostly race domestics... i beat my friennds gsr that went high 14's BEFORE he turboed it, i beat a 98 dx with a lightly modded b16, i beat a couple mustangs, beat my friends camaro on several occasions and he has gone consistant mid 14's (14.6 14.5 area), some ugly ass pick up truck with a worked 350 in it that goes high 14's... im not implying that the cars fast or that i run ANY specific time, these are just a handfull of the cars ive beat.. |

thank you... well that is the question i asked myself a thousand times.... and im at the point where the choice needs to be made..i have access to some single cam internals and thats really what im leaning towards.. i THINK we can build it to take at LEAST a hundred shot.. the y8 built with a hundred shot would be fast.. swap would be teh easy way, but im leaning much more towards a build roll bar from IOport racing, specificaly this guy ken was my salesman.. VERY cool guy... |

well since a stock y8 can handle a 75shot with minor fuel upgrades, with better internals a 100shot shouldnt be too hard(direct port I'm assuming?) actually a 125shot wouldnt be to hard either. just dont let that biotch detonate(that is if the sleeves are stock)! |

how much weight did you save stripping the interior?

built with direct port 125 should be cake so i think the car SHOULD be pretty quick like that and as far as weight i didn't JUST strip it i cut out a decent amount of metal.. so i think i dumped a fair amount... |

what did you cut out? and about how much weight do you think it saved?
I think if anything i'm gonna ADD weight via sound deadening, but I'm real curious as to what you did and how much weight you saved. |

hard to explain.. but its an ongoing process.. if you take off your cars panels and look at the skeleton, you will see lots of extra metal ment to protcect you in an accident.. well add a cage and teh car becomes more rigid, and you loose the need for this EXTRA metal honda had included.. a dremel and some free time will really add up.. lol total weight??? no idea.. suffice to say the car is lighter...i wish i had an answer for you but i don't.. |
