Dual projector headlight mod

I noticed with my new projector headlights that when my low beams are on it uses two beams, and when the highs are on, it uses the other two beams. Which made me think, why not use two beams for low, and four beams for high beams? So i endeavored in a wiring project to make it work.

you'll need:
two 5 point spdt automotive relays (found at napa) $15 ea.
wire connectors (to connect wire to relay)
wire
electral tape
two inline fuse holders
two 20 amp fuses

optional:
heat shrink tubing
wire loom

disclaimer to cover my ass~ this mod worked on my projectors, it may not on yours. If you blow out your projectors or screw anything else up (that includes bodliy injury, electrocution etc,) don't sue me!!

(and of course you know that before starting any project you disconnect the negative battery terminal )

basically, disconnect the stock honda harness from your projectors and follow the diagram (assuming you know how to strip, crimp, and tape wires and fuse holders together).

one other thing, when connecting 86, just slice open some of the red wire (hi beam positive wire) and wrap another piece of wire around it, and attach a connector, then tape it all up nicely.

Any other questions, feel free to email / PM me.

(please make it a sticky )
