dont know about the other branches but the Air Force is letting thousands of people who want out early, out. apparently after 9/11 there was an influx of people signing up and congress allowed the air force(probably other branches too) to go over thier limit. now they're trying to scale back by letting thousands out. there aint gonna be a draft ANY time soon.
