Suspension! The Accord will never be fast (within reason), but you can make it handle pretty well.

suspension, then lower the car, add the intake, increase down pipe size, get a decent exhaust, youll be set for anything passed that.
of course, i dont go buying the most expensive parts for my oldie, but i do think about performance. i was one day looking for an intake for my car, when i realized there was no real intake specifically made for my car, so i had to make it myself. i bought the correct piping, about 3.5", connected it to my carb air filter, i welded a couple pipes together to position downward to capture cold air.... and voila, i dont even need the cone air filter at the end like most cars do, which means i get more air traveling through the intake piping. --- this is just something to think about. ive even seen people making their own filters... its crazy to think about, but honestly, it usually works out best if you do research. |

A new suspension will lower the car, its not a two step process. I'd go with a true coilover setup personally. Tein, Apex'i, H&R,etc.

what's a good legal header and cat-back that would go for my aem short ram. I have two, I have a obx cold air but it's illegal cause it doesn't have a sticker in it and a aem short ram.

Where are you from? Most places won't ever look, but its good to stay legal I guess. DC sports for the header hands down. Ceramic or SS is up to you. Ceramic should perform slightly better, and I've never had a problem with it holding up. Exhaust, there are just too many choices. Maybe try doing a search.

he's in San Diego, and from what my cousins tell me they have extremely strict laws and will check if you car so much as looks like its modded from the outside. so go with something lega, headers go with what stefan said dcsport and Thermal R&D I just went with a axle-back cause im poor but it's a HP Racing if you care |

since you have an intake id say get front and rear strut bars there cheap off of ebay and will make hte car handle better. Get a cheap header off ebay and find a decent exhaust like greddy evo/hks super dragger. Sure the exhaust costs a lot but it can make your car sound bad or good.
