See 1 major flaw w/ the 300zx is the more amount of power, the more wheel hop in the back.. meaning... since the z32 (300zx) does not have traction control, it wheel hops insanely.... knock off a 1 tenth of a second for every 200 horsepower basically... the rear comes out even w/ SLICKS..... although i haven't raced w/ slicks on but i'm sure ita'll improve my 1/4 time.
2ND.. 300zx's don't shine in drag racing... their meant to excell in max speed runs. 300zx is not a good launch car, yet the top end power is immensely powerful. hope that answerd your question, Nissans are built for top end, not low end... I think thats what matters most in the long run. |
