need some help with advertising/marketing ideas
Well since my website took a dump last year my business has been going down the drain. Right now i am trying to salvage it and i really need some ideas on how and where to advertise, or to get my name out there. I have been thinking even about changing the website name but as of now i am pretty clueless. any help would be appreciated.

what about advertising on honda-tech?
I'm sure that would help. And a name change would probably help also, but i don't have any ideas for you.

well man I've been telling people about your site since i bought that shortram from you, not sure if any of my word of mouth has helped or gained you a customer. I'd say just get space on other forums, get advertising deals and what not. nothing wrong with the current name IMO..but you should maybe put picts of cars on it here and there to snaz it up a bit.

You might also consider reaching out to other non-import sites that you might carry (or have access to) parts for. Stuff like Neon boards, Focus boards, etc. I'd talk you up...but most of my car-loving friends drive V8s

Your best bet is to advertise on a place with high traffic (honda-tech). Even shitty companies do that there and I know they gain traffic from it.
Ive been whoring the site out as often as I can...kinda sucks to know it hasnt done much to help. |

thanks everyone. right now my whole checking account balance is $84 (ouch) and the bills coming up are about 6000 to pay them off. Oh well how much is honda tech advertising ? i know i haven't posted there becauseof the trial period for an user needs to have in order to post in certain forums. also gbc might be an idea for only $25 a month in advertising

yea man u need to get some Banner Ads out there on major sites with a high click through rate....it just all depends how much u can spend on ur site....word of mouth works...but barely...even toss an Ad in the local newspaper or something...
