Too much boost on some weak rods. It was fun while it lasted. I'm looking into installing a turbo B18..

Well guys here are the photos..

Here is the bogus rod and the chunks that I fished out of the oil pan when I took it off..

The side of the aries forged piston that got slammed againts the cylinder wall...

The hole in the back of the engine block..

The broken crank bearing caps and oil pump pickup..

The chipped cylinder bore..

The car about 20 minutes before ripping the motor out..

The head sitting on my workbench..

And just an FYI, it's getting a B18B integra LS motor, I'm sick of screwing around with trying to tune a vtec turbo. It's LS time for me.

Nope, haven't installed them yet. The engine is priority one right now. Speed first, looks later..
