I have an itr mc/bb combo and still use my stock ex calipers...the larger combo just gives more positive pedal feel...and makes you lock your brakes quicker.

Got this off h-t

If you do have Si or 4-lug-Integra front hubs/knuckles,
You can use an ITR 11" rotor redrilled to 4x100 and you WILL require a Fastbrakes hubcentric ring becuase the center hole on the ITR rotor is larger than the Si rotor... without the Hubcentric ring your ITR rotor will not be enterd on your Si hub... vibration issues = bad. But the ITR rotors are $25 each and the hubrings from Fastbrakes can be had for cheap if not for free, if he still makes them.

The other option is the 92-96 Prelude VTEC 11" rotors.
These also need to be redrilled to 4x100 ... BUT the center hole is the same size as the Integra (4 lug) and Civic Si hub register.... so your 92-96 Lude VTEC rotors will be centerd on your Si hubs without any extra parts.
The bad thing is that these specific Lude rotors cannot be found for under $75 EACH! Trust me I know, this is what I used.

ALSO....
You will need to grind off 3mm of material on the ITR caliper. The area that needs to be ground off is the mating surface to the Hub/Knuckle. The grinding of the caliper (actually the caliper mounting bracket) will essentially move the caliper closer inboard away from the spokes of the wheel and also centers the Brake Pads over the rotor... which is a must! Make sure you grind off enough to clear the surfaces on the Hub... you'll see what I mean once you get into it.

There was a good post on it there too...but I couldnt find it
(found it - http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=659063 )

oh...I recommend a prop valve off either a teg or a civic si/ex sedan (w/ discs)

A. You can't use your ex rotors with the type R calipers...
B. As mentioned you need to either grind off some material on the caliper mounting bracket or hub mounting surface (I WOULD NOT RECOMEND DOING THIS)... OR you need to space the rotors out a little which MAY require getting extended wheel studs...

I'm actually going to get around to doing this pretty soon... I got a set of 97 lude vtec calipers from work for free.. so I'm gunna put them on as soon as I get around to figuring out the spacing I need to do and whether or not I need the extended wheel studs...

As far as the master/booster... I wouldn't worry about it as much as I'd worry about the prop/valve... right now you're NOT sending adequate pressure to the rears to get balanced braking which is essentially the whole point of a rear disk conversion (besides the lack of need to adjust them)...

I'd get a prop valve and a master cyl. ONLY... there is a 15/16th's civic master cylinder that will bolt up to your lines and booster... TRUST ME changing the booster SUCKS A$$... My back STILL hurts a year later.

I can't find the thread on H-T about the civic master... but I'm pretty sure it's a 87 wagon or something... I'll try to look into it if I get a chance...

aight thanx for the info i guess ill go back to the junk yard and get the GSR prop valve. but i have put the clipers on b4 to make sure they fit and they did with the wheel and every thing but it was with the ex rotors is the lude rotors way thicker or something. ill try and check it out about the wheeel studs if i have to do that too, cause i didnt have to when i tested it with the ex rotors.

theyre about an inch larger diameter
itr, prelude(4lug) and a few accords all use the same caliper...they are also all 4x114 instead of the civic/integra 4x100
