BDay Present...Headers?Intake?Exhaust?
I will be getting my 18th Birthday present in a little while and i'd like to get a mod on my 1991 Honda Accord LX 2 door 5 spd. I probbaly have only about $200-250 coming my way.(but i can chip in some of my own money also but..) SHould i buy a better exhaust? Headers? or Cold Air Intake? What would be the best decisoin. ALso my car is stock except for a red hot glasspack muffler.

The LX header on your car is very restrictive, so I say get a new header. Next in line would be an AEM CAI.

What differences would i notice with new headers? (like gas mileage, power, etc.)
Differences with CAI? Does it matter if i bought CAI then headers or....headers then CAI? |

I'd go with a DC header if you can afford it. IMHO, don't expect to gain more than 6-8, maybe slightly more, to the wheels. It doesn't matter if you do the CAI then header, or visa versa.
