Brakes Part 2
Couple Questions...
#1. whats better to have as brake rotors? Slotted or drilled? or both? What are the advantages of both? #2. When replacing the rotors, how do i get them off. I replaced the pads last year and i saw a few screws in the rotor...do i take them out and then the rotor should come off? #3. If i want to replace the brake lines, I am pretty sure i have to bleed the brakes but how hard of a job is that with a honda? My service manual says i need to buy some computer thing and plug it into the ABS plug under the front passenger seat. #4. Any recommendations for pads? |

1- i say sloted. drilled are good too but they are kinda hard on the pads.
2- i haven't seen a prelude and you may wanna specify the year so i can look it up. 3- bleeding is an easy job, but i dunno how it is done if the car has ABS. 4- HAWK HP Pads. P.S. i have powerslot rotors, hawk pads and stainless steel braided lines. hit me up for some prices.
