Yeah, I have an offroad Traxxas Nitro Rustler, which is pretty hopped up, but I'm sort of looking to buy an onroad car also. But right now I'd rather dump the money into my real car.

BTW, your mugen is sweet!

I've been wanting to get one, but I can't find any Civic bodies so I haven't got one. I was big into RC boats a while back. Built my own dual motor two speed tranny for one. It jumped waves like nothing......

I found CIVIC bodies...

Now once I read enough to figure out what I want I'll be good to go. Anyone have any suggestions? I though about gas powered but they are EXPENSIVE!

Gas is expensive, but you don't have to buy expensive batts and chargers. Plus you can just re-fuel and drive instead of waiting to charge.

YEah I though about that. That's what always sucked when I had my boat.

I' think I've narrowed it down. Either the HPI RS4 2 or the HPI RS4 Rally. Not sure which one I want. I like the idea of offroad without the nasty stadium truck look. Not to mention it comes with a Subaru Impreza WRC body. But I can get Civic body for the RS4 2. Too many decisions....

Oh and check this out.
http://www.rcnitro.com/zone/rc_video.asp

An R/C Car that goes 100 MPH! And it does a 360 in the air and lands on its wheels (unintentional).

*AHEM* ouch, I like my stadium truck.

Neh, but seriously, I would get an RS4 pro 2 or 3, or maybe a TC3, all are good cars w/ readily available hop-ups.

man i flipped my rc today real bad, i drove it about 100 yards away from me, turned it around and floored it towords me, i hit second gear and was right baout the top of my rpm band when i shifted over the crown in the road, hit a reflector, and tumbled, i was just watching 500 bucks rolling around on the ground, i didnt think i hurt anything untill later, at my car club meeting, we all brought our rc's out, and mine was locking up when i made hard rights, ****ing shit man, now i godda pull the front end apart and see what i broke. not to metion i lost my belt that spins the front tires. rwd in a little car like that isnt enough tires spinning to keep it under controll.

Uh Oh... Thats not good and is a pain to get rid of.. Make sure NO METAL PARTS ARE TOUCHING EACHOTHER.. What i mean by that.. Is make sure there are no metal pieces banging against eachother unless its screwed down on eachother.. Because the rattling and touching of the metals interferes with the radio system soo bad u have no idea.. And if u dont believe me try it out urself and u will end up glitching at 50 mph right into a sewage hole

Also if you have exposed Antenna Wire.. Stick it into some fuel tubing.. It insulates it.. Also never ever cut the Antenna wire.. Once u do u screw it up for life and u cant fix it!
